I have been assisting clients for over a decade to move better, feel better, develop greater strength, better health outcomes and overall live fitter lives. Strength and conditioning sessions are all encompassing skills-based endeavours that create a confidence in my clients that is carried over to all aspects of their lives.
I want this for you as well. I’m extending this offer for you to sample the experience. These three sessions will acquaint you with the private boutique setting that my space provides, and to get a feel for what it’s like to work with me as your guide.
During our time together, you will:
- be given the knowledge to get the most out of your exercise time
- know how best to position your body for the greatest results in resistance training, including opening safe windows of mobility for your joints
- be shown how to perform the most effective exercises for all of the common movement patterns used to gain strength and add muscle definition
All in the quiet privacy of my very well equipped and spacious boutique studio.
These three sessions are meant to be used in frequency with each other for the optimal experience. Therefore, there is a four-week expiration date from the date of purchase. The booking system will allow bookings up to six weeks in advance. Please read all transaction details on billing site.
