The strategy of eating less and moving more either results in a slow resting metabolic rate, or total abandonment of diet. My clients don't follow menu plans, eat from tiny containers, or purchase expensive supplements. They learn how to eat daily multiple meals like these, that they prepare themselves. Learning kitchen and preparation skills are the key to long term success.
